3. Rückgabebedingungen / Return Conditions Rücksendungen werden nur akzeptiert, wenn:

  • Die Ware unbenutzt und in ihrem Originalzustand ist.
  • Alle Originalverpackungen und Etiketten enthalten sind.
  • Die Rücksendung innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist erfolgt.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging and labels are included.
  • The return is made within the withdrawal period.

4. Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts / Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei:

  • Versiegelten Produkten, die aus hygienischen Gründen nicht zurückgegeben werden können.
  • Sonderanfertigungen oder personalisierten Artikeln.
  • Digitalen Produkten, sobald der Download gestartet wurde.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Digital products once the download has started.

5. Rücksendeprozess / Return Process

  1. Kontaktieren Sie uns unter info@cblifesmart.de , um eine Rücksendenummer zu erhalten.
  2. Verpacken Sie den Artikel sicher und fügen Sie den Kaufbeleg bei.
  3. Senden Sie die Ware an die angegebene Rückgabeadresse.
  4. Contact us at info@cblifesmart.de to obtain a return authorization number.
  5. Securely package the item and include the proof of purchase.
  6. Send the item to the provided return address.

6. Rückerstattungen / Refunds

  • Sobald Ihre Rücksendung eingegangen und geprüft wurde, erhalten Sie eine Bestätigung per E-Mail.
  • Rückerstattungen erfolgen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware auf das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel.
  • Versandkosten werden nur erstattet, wenn die Ware fehlerhaft oder falsch geliefert wurde.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are only refunded if the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
